Blackout Times for After Hours Access
(studio is NOT available to members or employees during these times)
30 minutes prior to opening for regular business hours, and the two hours after morning closing. Specifically, there is no studio access permitted during these hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am-8:00am; 11:00am-1:00pm, 4:00pm-4:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30am-9:00am, 12pm-2pm, 4:00pm-4:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30pm-8:30pm (Kids Class)
Saturday 8:00am-8:30am, 11:30am-1:30pm

FITNESS
Score Points To SHOW UP!
You will score points for each week you attend 3 or classes. AND - You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your 6 weeks.
NUTRITION
We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.

We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~$45/week on groceries for 21 meals at Walmart or Trader Joe's. Our process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15min.
Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will be assigned to one of four Spark coach Teams. Whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.
